Didn't really need **500** of them, but, what the hell, plenty of room for error!

I got thee to attach to wires and insert into sku1180002 and then plug into sku1180000 . One use for this setup is to replace corless phone batteries, which often seem to have any one of a half dozen different connectors on them. Cut off the existing end, wire em up with these guys, and then all your cordless phones and batteries are interchangable!

This is my third or fourth purchase of pre-made NR R NR wire from FT, some straight, some pre coiled. All have been 100% satisfactory. I for one am tired of the Kanthal snobbery that is running rampant. Everyone is totally entitled to their preference and opinion, but some talk as is using nichrome is only slightly better than vaping off of plutonium wire with a tire fire as the heat source. Gimme a break. If you are on the fence about trying these wires, go for it, make your own determination, and do it with an open mind. Happy vaping!!

I read a lot of negative griping about the various wick for sale here. Silly. I believe that any silica wick, any size, twisted or braided from any website or local stor ALL comes from somewhere in China. Therefore, why buy it anywhere except the place with the lowest price? I always boil mine when I get it. Nothing fancy, boil in a pot, one time 5-10 min, air dry. Then, when you cut it to wrap coils, flame it with a mini butane torch. This is what I have done from day 1, and I have NEVER gotten bad taste etc from the wick. I think all of this boil 12 times, distilled water, alcohol rub down, voodoo ceremonies and whatever is all totally unnecessary. But, hey, if it makes a person feel better, I guess no harm. It's not like you can kill the stuff. Full disclosure, I have not tried any of the other non-silica wick materials, perhaps I will when and if the time comes that I feel silica is somehow no longer delivering for me, although I can't see that happening. Have no fear, buy it hear. Try braided, too.

PROS
Reasonably wide bore
Removable/swap able glass tip makes it easy to switch out for one that doesn't have pocket chaff/lip goo etc on it.
|
CONS
Orings on bottom end wear out pretty quick
|
Said pretty much all I have to say in pros and cons.
I have another few DT that have similar removable glass tips that are the same ID as this one, so between the lot I've got close to 10 glass tips for 4 DTs, so I always have a clean sanitary one to put on.
