PROS
5W small die
CONS
none
My favourite LED, I have built lot of P60 flashlights with it. I recommend to dedome it if you want narrow, intense beam. I have measured about 25kcd (over 300m ANSI) in smooth P60 drop-in which is relatively small (1400mA, with standard glass). It is nice LED even without dedoming.

PROS
+ precise machining, clean threads + perfect anodizing + well centered LED, nice reflector + 3C tint is much better than cool + AMC7135*8 driver with 2 groups of modes + fine GITD clicky, seems solid + can tail-stand even with a strap + brass inserts on the body tube ends
CONS
- last mode memory does not work 100% for me (I think it works only in 5-mode)
I have been using cheap UltraFire flashlight till now because of price. Convoy M1 is twice more expensive, but you will get nice quality flashlight with neutral white tint, AMC7135*8 driver and much better heatsink. Best value for money. Arrived in only 11 days after ordering.

PROS
Complete P60 module with all springs. Orange peel (OP) reflector gives less throw but the hotspot came to halo more continously than SMO. It is designed for 16mm LED star and 17mm driver board. Quality is OK, I have bought lot of them.
The last ordered batch has rougher OP structre, which makes less throw compared to older batch. Halo is probably more intesive. Both changes are minimal and not visible by eye. With dedomed XP-E2 (3W) and dedomed XP-G2 (5W) it gives about ~24kcd in tight beam (XP-E2 has obviously more tight beam). Without dedoming it would be ~50% of the values.

PROS
Cree XM-L2 2800mA Neutral white tint Throws good Good cooling High quality
Like other Convoys the quality is at hight level at very low price. This is the most powerful version with 2.8Amps driver, the colling is more than sufficient. The reflector is quite big, not suitable for pocket EDC. But it has nice throw with this large die LED- I have measured ~25000cd (316m throw). The neutral white tint is nice- renders better colors but it is still white light (not yellow), perfect for outdoor activities. Strobe and SOS can be turned off without soldering which is big plus for general purpose use. I can recommend this flashlight.

PROS
2-pack for good price Real ~2600mAh capacity Sufficient for most flashlights No problem with length
CONS
(unprotected- it is better to use them in devices with low voltage protection and charge with a reliable charger- then it is no problem)
I am using these long time without any issue. They are unprotected so there is no problem with length in any flashlight. Very good in capcaity per cost ratio. Batteries with higher capacity are usualy more expensive fot the capacity.
