Great mod, it's growing on me since I fixed it.
1. The top contact is not floating; get a small file and file away some of the internal diameter of the delrin insulator so the pin actually floats
2. The lock ring gets stuck BIG TIME. Take it apart, apply a little Noalox or whatever grease you use to the lock ring threading, problem solved.

I love the throw of the switch, and how sturdy this mod is. Hand patina starts out ugly, but over time, gets better.
The brass contacts cause a little vdrop. Not a big deal for RTAs and flavor focused drippers, but if you are going to super sub ohm get something else with copper contacts.
The contact point on the switch makes a poor connection, and must be lightly sanded to make this mod perform. Be sure to keep it flat when you sand, else you'll get arc spots. Brass spring in the switch is a great upgrade, if you can find one. I love this mod, this is my 4th one.
