Using my USB 3.0 flash drive, I got these copying speed values for the same
big file:
USB 2.0 port: 24 MB/s
USB 3.0 port: 43 MB/s
USB 3.0 port + this extension cable: 36 MB/s
Then, not much speed is lost. Quite happy with it, very useful for travels, it's quite small comparing with a standard cable (maybe this will last much less). Recommended.

Shiny, lightweight, extremely cheap and capable of making lot of noise. Maybe too simple and not high quality, but it will make the job. Ideal for adding it to the keychain.

Perfect as keyring. Considering its size, it delivers plenty of light. The possibility of USB charging makes it a perfect choice. However, sometimes the quality is not the best, mine came loose, the front part wobbles.

Very useful and well made enough for that price, now I can check small defects and cracks in my stuff. Remember you need to place it very close to the eye, and then bring what you want to check near the lens.
