PROS
Sleek elegant looks. Easy to build and wick. Good capacity. Price.
CONS
No AFC.
I like this so much that this is my second purchase of this RTA and it really is a great atty for the money and with slight modification works well for MTL. There are buckets and buckets of flavour and good vapor production too. It also has a good capacity and I think it is slightly more than the 5ml it states, just over an extra .5ml. The deck is similar to the Kanger SubTank Mini to build on and it works fine and is just as easy to trap the wires, I have put builds in using 28 awg, 30 awg and twisted 32awg A1 Kanthal wires with resistances of between 1.2-1.5 ohm and with the large juice channels, I never get dry hits, it is easy to wick using organic Japanese cotton, just fluff the ends and sit them flush with the top of the channels (but not actually any going down into them). Filling is easy enough and is just about manageable with pipette style, although you have to unscrew the bottom off with the build deck exposed the wicking actually stays in place. Unfortunately there is no AFC as advertised and out of the box it's not really suitable for MTL, there's a little more air than the STM fully open so out of the box it suits restricted DTL. This can be sorted out though by one of two ways, either use a band to partially cover the air intakes or, as i have found out from the forums here, you can use a small piece (maybe aboiut 5mm length) of PTFE tubing (4mm OD 2mm ID) dropped into the airflow under the coil to restrict the vape to an airy MTL (equivalent to just a bit more than the medium setting on the STM) which is my preferred way to vape. I don't think it is any quieter or louder than an STM either. The 510 connection is good too and just works with my KBox mini which can be very fussy with it's fixed pin connector but it also looks great paired with the SXK S80 SKU3936900 which is a good competitor to the Kbox mini with more power and full TC support. It's well machined, has smooth threads and is clean with no traces of machine oil or debris from the machining on mine. Unlike the first one I got the drip tip is a perfect fit. Spare glass tanks are now available too.

PROS
Build quality not bad. Feels solid. Rubberized finish. No fire lag. Spare battery door magnets.
CONS
Finish was not the deep gloss originally shown and image changed after it was shipped. Flaky chipset/display.
Get this if you want it for the colour but not really for it's features. The build quality feels solid and the battery door does not move. It is obviously VTC Mini inspired but it has a slight bulge on the middle of the body which is actually more comfortable to hold than the VTC! The 510 is spring loaded but not as shallow as the VTC mini. The rubberized paint means it's non-slip but the original images were of a deep purple gloss not the pastelly mauve it shipped as, but IME rubberized paint wears off quickly and this feels no different. The display is nice to have with a little colour in theory but in practice it has faults. The battery bar is always in green but you can select several different colours for the rest of the display but if the mod goes to sleep (after about 15 minutes) it forgets the selected colour and defaults back to white until you go back into the menu to change it (although at that point it already thinks it is still the colour it isn't). It works fine in wattage and bypass mode, and the SS TC modes seems to work okay too. I don't use Ti or Ni200 so can't say how they perform but see no reason to believe they won't be fine. There is one other issue with it in use and that is that when it would display an error such as no atomizer, short etc the whole screen just goes completely white for a couple of seconds, so you know something is wrong but not what! Overall unless you specifically want it for the colour get the VTC Mini.

PROS
Size. Form factor. Looks.
CONS
USB port.
I really like this mod, it looks and feels great and atomizers are somewhat protected from knocks and falls due to the design which recesses the atomizers, 21mm & 22mm atomizers fit fine with no detriment to airflow, in fact if you have atomizers that "whistle", this may tame that annoying sound due to the change in path of the airflow. Although because of the side by side design it is a little wider that other single battery mini mods, overall the height is about 3.7cm lower due to the recessing of the atomizer. It fits nicely in the hand and the fire button takes no time to get used to (I have it facing out and with my fingers fully wrapped round the mod and just squeeze my middle finger to fire). The chipset is a clone of the newer d-n-a one and has the atomizer lock for TC. It works just like the original. There is a just perceptible lag on ramp up time but not annoyingly so. It does ask if you put a new atomizer on each time you remove it to fill, even in auto-switched power mode (but if you are not using TC turn it off and it goes away). It seems fairly accurate on resistance readings and seems to differ by maybe 0.02 ohm either way to my 521 Tab. I MTL and generally build 0.8-1.2 ohm coils with KA1 or 0.5-0.8 ohm with SS for power mode running at 12-15 watts and this will run all day on a single LG HG2 or a Samsung 30Q. I don't use Ni but have, using freely available info on the net, use Ti in TC mode and it gives a good vape, it only displays Fahrenheit though, if that matters to you. The build quality is mostly very good, everything is smooth and the black finish seems quite durable and after a few weeks of all-day use it shows no signs of wear even inside the atomizer recess (my original kbox mini was already showing signs of wear adn exposing the underlying metal after the same amount of use). The thread on the battery cap is almost sharp but not quite. The batter slot is narrow so it is a very snug fit with batteries so a battery with a damaged must not bu uesd. It is a little heavier than I expected but feels very sturdy and comfortable in the hand. Just because of the form factor I am now using this more than my VTC Mini. It charges via USB fine and the LED changes from red to green when done, but I won't use it. After just a few uses (I don't carry a seperate charger when out so occasionally need to use the charging port) USB port is a little loose (no rattle), so not sure of the durability of that but probably not great. My only other niggle is that the fire button is a little rattly and has on a couple of occasions needed to be rotated to be able to fire but mostly is good, and hasn't increased in frequency over time. It comes in a plain card box with a little foam protection, but no manual, hex key or USB cable - but then again the original (at 4 times the cost) doesn't either!! Overall I would recommend this though as it is a great little mod.

This is a great little mod that has plenty of power from a single 18650 battery and all my 22mm atomizers fit on it well. The menus are easy to use and works well in power mode with Kanthal and SS, I have tested temperature control with Ti and SS (the later by using manual TCR - select TC Ni mode and then hold all three buttons for about 3 seconds to adjust) and it works well. It is a similar size to the Kanger KBox mini but a few mm taller and sits comfortably in my hand. The buttons are nice and clicky with no rattle. The only thing that holds it back is the weak magnets holding the battery cover in place, it moves annoyingly about quite a bit (nothing a makeshift internal "hinge" using a little duct tape can't fix though (but shouldn't have to be done). Overall a great little mod for the price.

This is perfect for a MTL vaper who wants to try a dripper out but wants to keep it single coil. It has under coil AFC (like RTAs) with a narrow (for RDAs) drip tip. It can be adjusted from tight to airy MTL. The small chamber produces very good flavour and vapor is greater and denser than a Kanger STM on the middle AFC slot. I have built it using 28 awg KA1 and SS316 8 wraps 0.8-1.2 ohms and have run it on my VTC mini 12-20 watts and it's great. The drip tip can get a little warm on the higher settings and if you overfill the juice well/"tank" it can leak through the AFC, also condensation on the chamber can leak if you are not careful when you take the top off to refill it. There was a hint of machine oil on it but a light wash in dish soap was enough to clean it. Overall it is a good step from RTAs to RDAs but due to potential to leak I will probably use it more at home rather than out and about.
