PROS
Inexpensive Large
These ribbon claptons are large enough that I decided to space it out to make gaps around the center, cut it in half, and resize them on a 2.4mm screwdriver to make 2 smaller diameter 5 wrap coils from it. They Ohm out to .13 in dual coil mode which worked out nicely on my Admiral styled mech mod / Goon v1.5 styled RDA combo from this same order. That means I'm paying like 9.5 cents per coil if I split them all in half for mech mods. Ramp up time is around 1 second with that set-up using an Ijoy 20700 battery. I Didn't try these in TC, but the smaller version of these that use the same wire wouldn't TC on my Ijoy Captain PD20700.

PROS
Inexpensive Well made, no visible flaws
CONS
Wouldn't temp control on the set-up I tried it with Resistance lower than expected
Dual coils ohmed out to .11 on a Ijoy Limitless XL RTA, I was expecting around .14 ohms because they are listed at .28 ohms per coil. Not too big of a deal and the legs are long enough to add an extra wrap or two if you wanted. I can't get these to TC on an Ijoy Captain PD270 mod. In SS Temp mode set to 300F (as low as it will go) with Watts set at only 25, it just erupts like a volcano and the mod showed it was firing at 50.8 Amps! Fiddling with the settings resulted in scorched cotton about 3 minutes later so I had to drain and re-wick. They work fine in wattage mode though where I like them set to 65 Watts with preheat set to 91 Watts for the first .5 seconds for a coolish warm vape with about 1.5 seconds ramp-up time.

PROS
Decent material
CONS
Too loose. Odd color
It's too loose on the Ulton citadel with the factory o-rings and the clear ones that come with the cap. It's so loose that it spins freely and can turn even when you take a hit from the rda and I could pull it off with my lips. Luckily I had some thicker o-rings that make it fit tighter to the rda base. Also the color is true to the pictures. It has a hint of purple in it, kind of a royal blue / periwinkle color. I was hoping it would match up with my blue Topside squonk and my black camo signature tips hadaly drip tip, but it looks like a mismatched hot mess lol. I don't see it matching any solid blue mod I can think of. Aside from the aesthetics, I do think it's worth the price as long as you have thicker o-rings laying around and don't mind the off color. There is also a slight visible wave running vertically down one side almost like a seem, but it's not very noticeable. The air holes match up perfectly. Luckily I bought the cheaper brand clear version too which looks better with my setup.

PROS
Look fairly well made. Should be good for single coil builds.
CONS
Can't for them in most decks with posts or post-less decks.
I got these hoping to use them in a Wotofo Recoil RDA, but they won't fit the post holes. I ruined a couple trying to twist the leads with pliers to make them more round, but they snapped. Finally I removed the outer fusing from the leads and then twisted the frames (one around each side) to make them less wide. That finally worked to get them in the Recurve post holes, but it never really worked right. I think messing with the leads so much probably ruined that set too. Moral of the story: these will only fit in clamp style build decks or those with enormous post holes in the 2mm range or probably 1.5mm holes minimum. I'm not sure if they would fit in a Wasp Nano, but they might fit in my Entheon. I'll try it when I get bored with my current build in it. Nice wire but hard to fit in anything.

All of the coils in my tin seem pretty much perfect with fairly tight alien fusing. Resistance is pretty close to the 0.36 listed on the few I've tried. I did have 1 that gave me a crazy .87 rating but I think I may have broke a couple cores when working out the hotspots. I rough housed it in frustration after 15 minutes of pinching and jiggling so probably my fault. Pretty happy with these though. And for the price I don't think there are any other true aliens with high gauge wrap.
