Feel and finish Fire button Pump and bottle
CONS
None
As far as I'm aware, this is Uwell's first entry into the squonk market. Just to set the bar high for the competition, Uwell has decided to bless us with a 15ml juice capacity, housed in a rigid opaque plastic bottle which seals at the top with an 'O' ring. The fire button is square and houses a LED light to inform you of battery capacity and charging status. The pump button is nicely placed and has a precise feel to it. I have fairly large hands, and the device feels made to measure, with gently rounded corners and an overall good weight. The two sprung loaded ball bearings which fit into two corresponding detents on the main body, give a reassuring click to lock the two halves together - they sound real class. The performance is as you'd expect from a device having all the usual protections but which delivers the full power from the battery. It hits well and battery life is as you would expect from your preferred build. I'm using .48ohms, SS316l and an Armor BF RDA, and get a full day's use. Too early to tell on the durability of the paint finish, but it looks and feels really nice. One good point - the 510 connector is screwed to the body with three 'star' screws - really secure. Will I buy another one? Hell yes. The front and back panels might not be to everyone's liking, and hopefully Uwell will come up with some different finishes - perhaps plain, or an abalone inset. Once again - 15ml does it for me. Thanks for reading.

Weight Finish Superb menu system Great TC
CONS
None
I have a Tesla Wye 200w and had to have it's baby brother (sister). Finish is great - comfortable in the hand and built to take a few knocks. Here's hoping more manufacturers use ABS in future - it's almost bullet proof IMO. The menu system has to be one of the most user friendly I have encountered, and setting it to TCR with a SS316 single coil took seconds - it's that easy. Power delivery is fast, smooth and consistent in all modes and as far as I can tell, what you select for wattage is what you get. It's hard to believe how light the mod is with a battery and atomiser attached, and I've long since ditched the idea that light means cheap - it's more resilient, pocket friendly and durable. The battery door latches firmly and is a very good fit and the overall feel of the casing is very pleasant in the hand. The wife immediately took to it, and although my intention was to buy her another Evic VTC Mini as a Christmas stocking filler, I think I will go for the Tesla, merely for its weight and comfort alone. This has to be one of the best value single battery mods out there at this price point, and YT videos bear me out on this.................it's a really good buy!

Cheap Good introduction Lovely feel
CONS
Wish there were no screws on the positive conductor
I've been using this little device for about 3 months now - it's always with me in the car. I've completely stripped it down a number of times to make minor improvements. Stripdown #1....The locking tab grated on the bottom of the locking channel it slots into when I pressed the switch - easy fix - took about half a mm off the tab, smoothed and slightly rounded the corners - problem solved. Stripdown #2......The positive contact firing bar required a tiny bit of reshaping - not a problem - remove the 2 screws and use pin nosed plyers to pull the strip out of its securing rails. Don't over tighten the 2 tiny screws when you reassemble If the manufacturer could make the positive contact without the screws, the device would be almost perfect - there's really nothing else to break. However, so far the screws have shown no sigh of stripping the thread, just snug them up - no torque wrench required! Stripdown #3......To be fair, the switch felt a bit cheap - plastic against metal is never very kind to us tactileophiles (I know - not even a proper word). At the rear of the white plastic switch there is a rectangular recess. In one of your presentation boxes you will find some of that black, hard spongy rubber. Cut a tiny piece, slightly oversize so that it protrudes a mm or so - it's a nice push fit into the aperture and will remain secure. Reassemble. Now the switch has a nice, slightly damped feel that I find OK, but not for everyone I guess. That's it - I feel a lot happier now, so I took my second one to bits (a blue one) and did all the mods in one go. Don't forget to be careful with the screws and thanks for your time.

Fit Quality Finish
CONS
Absolutely none
I thought long and hard before buying this. At nearly £40, it doesn't come cheap, and there are squonkers out there which are original, and can be bought for less. However, straight out of the box, this device exudes quality and should be judged for what it is. The threading on the battery compartment is sublime - smooth and silky. The machining of the tube leading to the 510 connecting pin is precise, giving a good fit for the bottle. The mosfet switch has just the right amount of resistance and fires every time. On a personal note, I love the manually adjustable 510 pin. Once you've decided on the atomiser to be used, adjust the pin, and you're done. No spring to compress and no annoying gap - the fit can be exactly tailored to suit. The overall quality of machining and finish of the body and end pieces cannot, IMO, be faulted - the main body is silky smooth, with no flexing, and the top and bottom plates have a semi-matt texture that should prove to be durable. I would have loved to have seen a screwed end cap for the bottle, but, the original works well without one, and I see no reason to doubt its mechanical integrity. It's one of those mods I want to use all the time, whilst on the other hand, there is the temptation to put it in its box and just admire it. Perhaps I should just buy another!

All round fit Nice in hand
CONS
None at the moment
I really thought the bottle would be a problem, and was quite prepared to change it. However, an 'O' ring inside the top cap rendered the bottle completely airtight - so much so, you can suck the air from the bottle and the tube will stick to your tongue, and stay there! The fact the bottle is on the hard side doesn't bother me - it shoots loads of liquid into my converted Stumpy RDA and doesn't give me the premature ejaculation of a super soft bottle when filling it! The switch has quite a long throw, and even without the locking facility, it's hard to see how the device could fire in your pocket. The battery contacts hold the battery firmly and will not tear the wrapping. They can be bent to adjust to suit the user. The sliding doors on both mine fit well, and here's the thing. With a bit of heat from a hair-dryer or similar, any looseness over time can be corrected. To put things into perspective, I probably paid as much for the high drain battery as I did for this little mod. It's not going to change the world, but with care it will make me smile, every time I remember how much it cost me.
