Excellent Innovative Design Excellent Build Quality Excellent Deck Design Excellent JFC Design Fantastic Flavor 2 Included Tank Sizes Durable PEI Tanks Small size Logos
CONS
No 510 Compatible TopCap Limited AFC Range Sits Awkward Raised on Mods Very Small Deck Screws Not Many Available Spares For More Experienced Vapers Fragile Tank Connections Logos
Avat(ar) is a very well designed and innovative RTA. And this clone is as close to the authentic as it can be. It came very clean with no machine oil. Avatar is a compact RTA with an innovative JFC design which closes by opening the fill port and opens by closing it. So, it has very little chance of leaking. The AFC designed to supply enough airflow for tight MTL vapers all the way to a restricted DL range. It comes with 2 different tank sizes. I like the way it opens in the same way as the Integra from the bottom. The deck is well designed, although with very small screw heads that make capturing the coil wires not very easy. Therefore, I recommend this RTA for more experienced vapers. The flavor this RTA produces is among the very best. This RTA is not without cons: one very important con is the topcap is not 510 DripTip compatible. To use your own DripTips, you will have to purchase an optional topcap, which is unfortunately discontinued at FT and needs to be sourced out. Only the large size tank is available to purchase as a spare. The smaller tank has no spares. Because of the JFC design, this RTA sits somewhat raised on a mod with space in between. On the plus side, this reduces the scratching of your mod by the RTA, but this is still a con as far as I am concerned. Finally, the tanks for this RTA are made of PEI, which is considered more durable than most non glass tanks. However, the threads the topcap screws into are drilled into PEI, and so are the threads that screw the chimney to the vapor chamber. I may be wrong, but these 2 points look fragile to me and may crack if the tank is screwed too tight to the bottom, or the topcap is tightened with too much force. Finally, this RTA has a deeply engraved logo, much like the authentic, with deeply etched writings and markings at the bottom. Some may consider this as a con and some as a pro. Even with these cons, this tank has a JFC design the other RTA makers should learn from. And it is one of the best flavor chasers among the top tanks. It has quickly become one of my favorites and I use it daily. In my opinion, it is one of the best RTA designs of 2020, if not ever. I consider it a must have, and highly recommend it to all vapers.

Excellent Design Excellent Build Quality Excellent Flavor Production Airflow for MTL and DTL Large Roomy Deck Child Proof Top Cap Extra Optional Tank Attractive Drip Tip Logos
CONS
No Bottom Seal May Leak Crazy Looking Logos
I Liked the previous Vapor Giant tank V3 and V6S, so I decided to buy Kronos. It is an attractive tank with a childproof top cap. It is nearly impossible to open if the top cap is not pressed while twisting it counter clockwise. Kronos has a very wide airflow ring which has two openings on opposite sides, providing the coil with side airflow: on one side, 4 nicely sized holes guide plenty of airflow to the coil for a pleasant DTL vape. On the other side we find a couple of extremely small and barely visible holes for MTL vaping. The bottom chamber on Kronos is designed like a Dripper, with an easy to build deck and an area roomy enough for a coil built with variety of wires from the most basic to the complex clapton and alien wires. There’s a large juice reservoir at the bottom of the chamber, where the wick sits and takes eLiquid to produce very nice vape quality, with tons of warm flavorful vapor. There are plenty of extras in the package. An extra spring for the childproof top cap and a tool to open it. There’s Also an additional tank as a spare or if you want a different look. There are cons worth mentioning, in Kronos. First, there’s no seal at the bottom, so, it is easy for the eLiquid to leak out if the tank is not sitting straight. There’s something else: Kronos has the most unusual exterior: all the logos that come with the authentic are on this clone. But missing is the big VG logo, as if the absence of it will fool anyone familiar with Kronos! It is a beautiful tank, which is easy to build and produces wonderful flavor. Highly recommended.

Excellent Design Good Build Quality Exceptional Flavor Very Small Attractive Easy to Build Suitable for Restricted DTL Logos
CONS
Airflow Ring Doesn’t Move Limited Deck Space Not suitable for Large Coils Low Capacity Logos
I bought this RTA hoping the airflow would be allowing for restricted DTL Vaping. And it is, barely. It allows for very restricted DTL. Bastard is a very attractive little RTA. It has no JFC, and doesn’t need one. The elevated deck allows the user to top fill, without the fear of a leak. The deck is very easy to build, with huge screws which easily capture the coil. The small deck however, does not allow for larger coils and more complex wires. I saw some customers complained about freely turning airflow ring. Funny, mine is so tightly secure that doesn’t turn at all!!! I think this is the case of the wrong o-ring. Upon seeing the first batch feedbacks and reviews, the manufacturer decided to put on a thicker o-rings on the airflow ring, and now it doesn’t move at all! In any case, with a fully open ring, the airflow is very restricted DTL. And a wonderfully flavorful one. Highly recommended.

Excellent Design Excellent Build Quality Extremely Small Included Larger Battery Adapter Included Larger Tank Adapter Incredibly Low Consumption Included MOSFET Safe Mech Mod Ergonomic Stealthy Logos
CONS
No Built-it Display No Menu Options No Temp Control No Built-in Charger Fragile MOSFET Board Logos
I have never been a big fan of Mech mods. My first mod was an eGo-T, which I quit cigarettes with. Later, when I knew I was not going back to smoking, I replaced it with a VV Provari and a Smok VW Bec-Pro before moving to the More advanced regulated VaporShark and VaporFlask mods. So, never any mech mods for me, mostly for lack of safety features. Being in the electrical field, I never liked the idea of touching an 18650 battery directly to an RTA with a manual switch on the other side. Once I bought my first DNA 40 mod, I became a regular user of Temperature Control and everything I bought after had the TC option. So, when I was given the authentic Stratum Zero as a birthday present few months ago, I secretly wished my best friend had asked me which mod I wanted myself. Even though I was very happy and grateful, I did not really expect to use my Zero very much. I can now admit I was wrong. I decided to test it. But my test went on and on to a point that I was using it more than my regulated mods. And finally, I decided to buy this Little clone to use daily and save my authentic birthday present in its box. There is very little difference between the YFTK and the authentic Stratum. Sure, the threads on the authentic are buttery smooth and perfect. So is the fit and finish of the parts. But then, so is the price difference between the authentic and the YFTK models. The design and the size of this mod is perfect! It is small and light. Actually, with an 18650 battery, it is smaller than my smallest 18350 battery mod, and with a 21700 battery it is the same size as my smallest single 18650 regulated mod! It has an included larger tank adapter, works with various battery sizes and is as safe as any mod out there. The MOSFET circuit not only separates the battery from the switch and the mod, but the inclusion of advanced chips on the MOSFET board add other safety features. After over 2 months of usage, this mod has become one of the two mods I carry everywhere with me at all times. And while on the road, it is the mod I use. There is no power regulation, no color displays or flashy menus and controls on this mod. Instead, it is light, powerful, ergonomic and safe. Compared to regulated mods, it uses very little battery. With this mod, the only con I could talk about is the lack of built-in charger which may be a must for some people. To those people my advice is, if you don’t want to invest money to buy a charger, do yourself a favor, and for the sake of more safety, invest less than $2 on a Sku 9710916 charger. I highly recommend this mod to any vaper.

Excellent Build Quality Excellent Flavor Small Profile Good Juiceflow System Adjustable airflow Very attractive Mirror Finish Logo
CONS
Small Tank Capacity Below Par Top Fill Hard to Adjust AFC Hard to Operate JFC Limited Deck Space For More Experienced Requires a Learning Curve Logo
I have always liked SXK for their manufacturing quality. And being a big fan of Hussar RTA’s, I ordered a few, with extra tanks, preparing to replace at least one of my daily flavor chasers with one of these. The results though, weren’t quite as I expected. There are a lot of advantages to this little beauty. It is very attractive, very well built, Small and stealthy with no machine smell out of the box. The build quality is very close to the original, if not equal. It has a limited AFC and a very functional(although hard to operate in this tank) JFC with a deck that is easy to build and maintain. Overall, the excellent and well proven Hussar design makes this little tank one of the best flavor chasers out there(IMHO of course). It has a beautiful mirror finish with a nicely tinted tank. And being so small, it looks gorgeous on a Stratum Zero! In terms of flavor and looks, this RTA gets the 10 score in my books. The cons however.... where do I start? Let’s list the obvious first. Having a small deck, it is designed for smaller, thinner wires and not really made for the exotic Coils like Clapton and alien wires. The tank capacity is only 2ml and you will have to fill up quite often, or pay extra and purchase an optional larger tank, which is unfortunately discontinued in FT. There are no knurlings on this tank: so the small design and its mirror finish makes it slippery and difficult when operating the AFC and JFC. It is therefore wise to adjust the AFC before attaching this tank to a mod. The worst thing about this RTA is the fill system. The prior Hussars had a class leading Top/Side fill system that allowed you to fill the tank fully, with no trapped air. But in V1.5, Hussar decided to remove the top/side fill system and replace it with two fill ports on the top, instead of on the side. So, when you fill the tank to the top and press down the top cap, the air gets trapped between the top cap and the fill ports. With this pressurized air, it is wise to turn this RTA UPSIDE DOWN before opening the JFC. Otherwise most of your juice will end up on your deck and down through your airflow hole! There’s more: the space between the top cap and fill ports traps some juice which makes the filling messy when opening the top cap. With all these cons in the list, there are ways to counter most of them, after a learning curve. I think with the rough design of version one, Hussar designed this version for a cosmetic purpose. And indeed it is a beautiful little artwork, rather than a A bulky knurled RTA that is functional, but is not much to look at. Do I recommend it? I would, but for more experienced builders who know how to deal with smaller coils, are familiar with upside down filling to counter trapped air and can operate smaller AFC and JFC designs. It does deliver fantastic flavor, and in that aspect is one of the top tanks. It is also very small, compact and stealthy for those who value such devices. I have been using one, and after a while, have gotten used to operating it just like any other tank. So, I will recommend it, as long as you pick this tank knowing the learning curve that comes with it. Recommended!
