PROS
Cheap Works
CONS
Nothing special
For $10, if it works I suppose it's a win. Admittedly, I'm not a big dual coil fan because, for me, I just don't see the advantage. Single coils are easy, provide plenty of vapor, and very good flavor when built appropriate to a specific atty. I bought this Orchid just to see what the fuss was about, but I find nothing really outstanding about it. Look, I'm the first to admit that the Kayfun isn't a cloud or flavor machine, but it is easy to build, dependable, and provides very good vapor and flavor if built correctly. This Orchid is hardly the Kayfun killer many are touting, and I find it more trouble than it's worth - even at $10.

Bought this primarily to see if they would be useful in building a box mod, which I haven't used for that purpose yet, but I have been using for battery storage. These are very sturdy and clip together, and is very nice for upright battery storage. Battery fit is tight, but that loosens with use, or a bit of sandpaper. All in all, I've found these very useful and would recommend.

PROS
Smooth threading Beautiful brushed finish Functional airflow ring Upgradable to magnetic switch Adjustable center pin Negligible voltage loss
CONS
Minor burring on vent holes Locking ring too loose and sticks in open position
OK... now I understand what all the fuss is about. Anyone who, like me, started vaping in the very early days has probably gone through a similar progression from the 510's to Ego's (in all its permutations), clearomizers, RDA/RBA's, VV/VW's and mods, ejuice, DIY, etc., etc. - all in the futile search for that perfect vape. I like having the consistency and flexibility of controlling voltage and/or wattage, but those PV's wear out and are pricey to replace. When FT offered a low priced Kick, I went all in and also bought some mech mods, including the M16 and Private V2. The FT Kick performed well, but I was never completely happy with mechanicals... until now! I had read all the glowing reviews about the Nemesis, but I just couldn't see paying that much for a mod when I could buy a VV/VW for almost the same money. Recently another of my SVD's gave up the ghost and I decided to go ahead get the Nemesis, especially since the price had dropped. To say the least, I'm very glad that I did. All the reviews I had read did not overstate the quality, functionality, and beauty of this remarkable mech mod. After upgrading the Nemesis with a magnetic switch, I threw in a Kick set at 10-11 watts, popped on the Russian 91% style RBA with microcoil and cotton (1.6ohm), filled it up with my own DIY tobacco juice, and enjoyed the closest thing I have ever experienced to the perfect vape. After ordering another Nemesis for my wife and a couple more Kayfun clones, I really think I'm done for the foreseeable future. I've spent a fortune pursuing the perfect vape and I think I may have now come as close as I'm going to get. We'll see...

FastTech doesn't list this as an authentic Innokin, so I'm going to assume it's a clone and made by another manufacturer. If that's true, they've done a very good job replicating the iClear 30 coil. It appears identical in materials and workmanship, and even comes individually sealed in the same silver-grey packaging. This review is only based on my experience after 2 days with one coil, so I can't speak to its reliability or longevity. For me, the authentic Innokin coil has always been extremely consistent. On my SVD, 8 watts has always provided clouds of vapor and great taste with my all-day-vape. However, I've had to push this coil to 9-10 watts to give the same volume and taste. For some reason, I'm also getting a little more throat hit with my juice. If, indeed, this is an authentic coil then I'm dealing with a little manufacturing variance. If not, then it would appear that there is a performance difference with this clone. If that's the case, then I still prefer the authentic Innokin. But, for the 50 cents per coil I'm saving, I'll continue to order this coil.

Over the years, I've collected two large drawers full of various atomizers, but for well over a year now I have chosen to use the SXK V5 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer. It's well made, easy to set-up, flavorful, and doesn't leak if built correctly. All in all, a great little RTA.
