When I ordered this I really didn't expect it to work at all, but I plugged it in my car and after two days you could teel the air was much better.
As for the health claims, I am not counting on it but it is good to clean the air in a small area, so its a good deal for me.

Got five of them. All work fine. Can see feel and smell the difference. My wife smokes, and all the bad smell has gone.
