keeps last powersetting for next power-on has a "tactical" strobe only on double-click
I built this driver into an old run-down 18650-type led-flashlight together with a Cree XP-L V5-2A.
The edges of the board were a bit rough and not round, but this was easily corrected using sand-paper. When the flashlight is turned on, it is always activated with the same powersetting as it was set in before turning off. Short single clicks cycle though tree powersettings: low, mid, hi, low, mid, hi, and so on. A double click will activate a fast "tactical" strobe at full power, until another short click or power-off returns to original powersetting.
Driver seems to be of constant-current type. That is, as the battery drains below a certain threshold (depening on LED), the maximum brightness will proportionally get lower, leaving the decision when to turn off the light to the user, instead of just cutting it out in the middle of action.
