Its a cheap lightweight flashlight. It certainly does seem to be putting out 260lm as advertized but the beam has a halo.
main con is having to cycle through the modes to turn it off.
Mine has some burrs that i used a pen knife to scrape off. Also removing the belt clip resulted in deep gauges in the paint work.
but for the price, its pretty worth it.

Great cheap light, even the switch works properly. Strong enough and light. WOuld prefer single mode but it's ok as is.

PROS
Finish is decent with no blemishes. GITD O-ring at the lens. Tailstands well and it's small enough for most pockets. The switch is firm enough that it shouldn't get switched on accidentally very often.

CONS
Biggest con is that switching it off requires clicking through all 3 modes. No O-ring on the battery tube/tailcap. No lube either.

I think 260 lm is pretty accurate, and it's a good thrower for something so small, and should throw some light out to 75 ~ 100 meters or so. The spill light around the center beam is fairly wide and not too ringy.
If it had a better mode system, I'd have given it a higher rating, but for the price it's not a bad little light. If you don't mind the mode system.

more powerful than i imagined it would be
accurate switch (each click gives the setting it should)
uses 18650 batteries (my favorites)
stands up on either end

CONS
was sent with a battery in it. switch was not working perfect when arrived. cleaned tube and put QUALITY battery in there and presto . . . . all works perfect now :)
