Comes with batteries (mine were old)
I was impressed with this little thing. The lighting is not amazing, but the magnification is good and for the size, is a real bargain. The pouch that comes included is better than the usual cheap ones, not amazing, but has held up well, and is well sized and made. Though not mentioned directly by FT, it does come with UV as well as the white lighting mode (switch on top side of unit).

The included batteries were old and needed replacing when it arrived. Would have preferred faster/cheaper shipping without them.
