PROS
Excellent build quality, housing is sturdy and well finished and can be easily opened as it's held with screw.

Output voltage could be more stable under load.

Circuit is based on THX203H ic, pcb is not especially nice but basic safety features as fuse, proper spacing (and slots) between primary and secondary side, x1/y1 rated capacitor are there. Input capacitor is adequate 10uF/400V while output cap cold be larger. There is no input filter, MOV... but that is not expected in this price range. They also omitted TL431 but at least there is still feedback trough 817 opto coupler. Output diode is a decent SR3100. Output current should be close to the rated value.

Asks case completions, the device will force the owner to check all sockets in your house. The checked current of a charge on a pover made bank 1,2A. I delivered not bad result.
