Just cut it to the right length and use a blow dryer. Shrinks just perfectly.

PROS
- cheap - many color choices - fits 18650 batteries well - shrinks using a regular hair dryer
Shrink wrap is an essential item to have for anyone with lithium batteries. Tears on the battery wrap can result in a battery short, which could lead to the battery explosively venting with flames. And tears are easy to get due to dropping the battery, rough spots in the flashlight tube, catching the battery on a charger spring, etc. Electrical or other tapes can be used but shrink wrapping the battery is a more reliable and cosmetically better way to fix tears.

Anyone with rechargeable lithium batteries should have shrink wrap (and in the correct size) in their parts bin.

Perfect size to re-wrap 18650 cells.
Shrinks easily (ie. using an hair dryer) and seems to be decently strong.
Overall a good product.

Its a good product at a very good price.
