Very, very sturdy
These are excellent if you have a difficult reflector (large base, screw-in) and want to get it down as far as possible.
The material is very robust and the glue really sticks. Where kapton tape gets slit between reflector and solder point, this will damage the solder point before it is torn itself.
Size is as stated, can be adjusted with a scissor.

I used them to isolate wire solders on the LED base plate from the aluminium reflector. Good for the price, but nothing special.
