There is a risk in reviewing any product, especially electronic components, after using it just for a day. It isn't possible to test every possible thing that could go wrong. However, there is no other review here for this product. So I figured others could benefit from my review, although I have only used it for a day.
I received the product in about a week or so after ordering. Prompt shipping by fasttech, as usual. The product was packed with a foam to protect the pins and sealed in an ESD safe bag. I mention that because sometimes you pay less for a product and the vendor doesn't care about packing it right. In this case, it was done well.
I tested a few Arduino applications with a 3-4 different sensors on different pins on the Nano. They all seem to work well.
So with the caveat that I have used the product just for a day and that I haven't really tested all the pins (especially the analog ones), I give it two thumbs up. If my experience changes in future, I'll be sure to come back here and add a comment. So far, so good!
A side note: If you are a Mac OS X user like me, you need to download and install the FTDI driver before the Mac will recognize the Nano on its USB port. I didn't know that because my previous boards were all Uno which don't use the FTDI chip. Instructions are in the arduino installation documentation. It will just take a minute to download, install and get going.

PROS
- very GOOD cost for such good quality product
- works and looks the same as original Arduino
- in my test it was 100% compatible with original Arduino product
- quick delivery with tracking
- very good support and reaction when some of delivery was delayed
- ready to use - USB cable included and pins soldered on board
- good - board-protecting - delivery package
|
CONS
- i do not like the bright LED on PIN13, but it is more about personal preference
|
As for now I do not see any reason to not go with this very cost effective solution. The compatibility, PCB quality, printed labels and soldering are on very high quality level. I used similar cheap board from other Asian producer and it realy did not reached the same quality as the product presented here.
I recommend to go with FastTech on these Arduino compatible boards - I own also Mega and Uno both original and from here and I do not see any difference in performance and only minor difference in quality of production.

PROS
small
well built

CONS

Once my basic Arduino Uno project is working, I like to redo/download it on these smaller guys, as they are more compact, and not much larger than a Mini.
Quality is very good. Power light is blue (and quite intense).

manque un peu de protection à l'expedition et les pattes arrivent parfois plus ou moins pliés, pour le reste c'est un arduino comme tout les autres, perso je bosse plus qu'avec ça.

This work exactly as advertised. I don't have any complaints, this is a perfect sized arduino just the right size for a breadboard, and fully compatible with the arduino IDE
