PROS
- Relatively fast shipping - An OK build quality
CONS
- CC2541 does not have a USB interface - CC2541 cannot be used for a PC USB dongle build and TI RF Sniffer software. - CC2541 lesser output power when compared to CC2540 by +4dB

PROS
Small Cheap good for soldering on board or wires directly
CONS
first order with cc2540 second order with cc2541
Have ordered 6 pieces of the module. 3 in November 2013 that had the cc2540. 3 in February 2014 that now have the cc2541. The cc2541 needs less power, but does not have a USB-Interface.
