I use a piece of paper tape to hold the insulator in place. Over the flat top and half a mm on both sides of the inner ring of the insulator is enough to keep it in place.

I like those myself too. Although I like using the transparent as a second layer to protect my writings... (although the right set is transparent blue over just transparent, the left set is transparent blue over black)

It's nice to be able to easily distinguish your paired cells...
