Well we are all sorry, hehehehe... So you feel confident you have what you need in the cart RattyRat? The process of doing it is really easy, hair drier, not to hot and just slowly melt that sucker on tight.

I do a quick blast on either end of the battery to stop the wrap shrinking too much at one end.

now these are the little advice I was just looking for :) Thanks!
Now just have to wait months :D

...still I refuse to buy stuff they have here from other places. (unless huge discounts...)

I use a piece of paper tape to hold the insulator in place. Over the flat top and half a mm on both sides of the inner ring of the insulator is enough to keep it in place.
