Billet Box leaking during air travel?
If everything turns out well, i'll be traveling on Sunday. Was planning to take the BB since it fits so well in a shirt pocket. That's why the question.
We can't agree on everything.

Generally speaking, any airtight container with a liquid inside can potentially leak owing to the change of air pressure.

I've seen the same question asked countless times for numerous tanks and devices, and some say they've had leaking, and others say not.

I think the general rule of thumb when flying, is to keep your tanks empty until after landing (if possible).

Bon voyage! :)
It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

Thats why i usually use the pico with a small dripper but the BB has the perfect travel form.
Was hoping someone took it with him during a travel and could share his experience

They leak all the time....so go for it, unless it's a multi-hour flight.

Squonks work best for air travel, IMO.

Never taken a BB on a flight before, but there shouldn't be much difference to a "normal" rta
The problems arise ( as said before ) due to the differences in air pressure.
I've taken many a tank onboard flights throughout Europe and the secret to non leaking is to either have an totally empty tank or a totally filed one with no air bubbles in it at all.
I've never had any problems, but as Carrion says above why not just use a dripper until you get to your destination.
Insert smart and witty comment here.....
