you may be very right about that.

anyways, i did a test since the last post a while ago, and the result is baffling me.

I've let one battery inside the mod, not vaped ( or just a few puffs/day).

The capacity DOES NOT decay in the mod, but the battery left in storage at 50% charge is self discharging to absurd levels, in 2 days is almost completely drained.

I do not own a multimeter.

Does anyone have a link @mooch or smth like that that describes this awkward thing ?

I believe Mooch is most prevalent on ECF.

It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

Try storing the battery that self discharges in the mod - if it continues to discharge at a fast rate (which it probably will) then the answer is simple - you have a bad battery.

Have you ever dropped the battery on a hard surface (in or out of a mod)?

no. never dropped the battery, they've been kept ...ideally , really. I mean, i have the least fav juice in this dvarw ( i mix myself so i try them in hadaly/Parvum then this dwarv)

Thanks for the mooch links, i just wanted to hear if a fellow/girl here had a similar experience.

And honestly really tired eyes from all the computer/lockdowns/more lockdows now i'm in a 1 week forced work from home cause reckless ppl in my office...hard for me right now to browse so many pages. i tried a few google/yt hits, nothing like i have here.

I'm storing what i consider the bad battery in the mod , 3-day now, ~10 puffs, 95%. Outside, in it's case, it would've been like 30% or even less by now.

I have a 40T that does the same thing. I thought the mod it was in way doing a parasitic drain while off,a Squid Industries Detonator. Nope. Fully recharged it. Left it sit alone on a table for 24hrs and was a bit under 4v, 24 hours later 3.7.
Still fires ok and doesnt heat up. I just use it in my EDC 21700 single device and charge daily. I ordered 10 21700 40T at the same time from a good retailer. The rest all work fine and dont show similar behavior.

i didn't use my Streamcrave Hadron for like a week or so.., had 21700 Ohm Runs in there..., now the one battery will not work... putting it on the charger, it reads as if it has practically a full charge, and then reaches full charge... but when I put it in a mod.., it won't read it.. expensive ass batteries too.., the other cell is fine..
