Got an e-mail from FT this AM informing me that an order I had placed early in Feb. had been returned by Chinese customs and they would re-ship it unless I requested a refund within 24 hours.

It's a minor order (coil head & mesh strips) so I don't much mind and appreciate FT's proactive response to the problem. Having been a satisfied customer for well over a decade I'll continue with FT but when purchasing a more expensive item in the future I'll probably consider other (more local) options considering not only the 2-4 weeks it normally takes to receive items but the potential for extra delays due to what seems to be going on in China.

Sure hope all this nonsense clears up in the near future!
