MotoBlue.... Kudos to you, but with the paypal scenario at the moment regarding vape purchases I think I should carry on with my mining if I want to continue buying vape gear from here...
If anyone else wants to give it a try they can use this referral code to get started.

I saw this coming the minute you posted this thread. Promoting a spyware browswer to "mine" for bitcoin. You people are all over the place these days.

Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

vapeluvr Google is your friend.

Cudo Miner uses a locally-installed desktop application to allow the mining of cryptocurrency. The back-and-forth of data with the internet can set off alarm bells, but the reality is, desktop mining from a reliable source is perfectly safe.
The packets of data which Cudo Miner exchanges are tiny, and entirely numerical; they contain no personal data whatsoever. The miner isn’t programmed to access or understand it.

Similarly, the miner uses SSL protection to provide an encrypted link between the server and client; so any data passed between them will remain entirely private.

Totally agree with you, that's why a decentralised monetary system is the way forward.
No banks or middlemen making money from you.

Hell, I have 3 computers running 24/7. Should be crypto currency mining. If only it could be done without having to pay it any attention.

I use my spare cpus to crunch data for Rosetta@home and World Community Grid. Helping to find compounds that may help in the treatment of Covid feels more important than earning a few pounds.Currently my solar panels are pouring 1.5KW/hour into the national grid earning me money. That's enough for me.https://boinc.bakerlab.org/

Some years ago, I did a similar thing on our small network, for SETI. It crunched all the data from the received signals, to more deeply process them. It became somewhat disrespectful of our needing to use our own network, so out it went. A cool idea though.
