I hope you have the decimal point in the wrong place, because there ain't no 14500 cell (3.7)that will safely do that, much less a Double "A" battery!(1.5 volts) You need to STOP. You are talking 20 continuous amps, on a 14500.

Forum members: Whats the highest amp 14500 cell you've seen? I'm thinking 10 amps at most.

AA NiMH, not 14500. I've seen Eneloop Pro and the older Eneloop Xs tested at 10 and more amps. At a VERY optimistic 1.1v 0.17 ohms is 6.47a, and this is in a mechanical made of stainless steel so it's probably quite a bit higher than 0.17 ohms total resistance
ONLY the Panasonic Eneloop high power variants can do this. Any other AA NiMH i've ever owned would shit itself. Pretty sure, although dont quote me on this, the Eneloops are rated 5c or a little over 12 amps
