This seems to be common here anymore. However those ETAs are worthless. It could ship tomorrow or the next day despite it having an ETA of 7 days. It's happened to me many times in my recent orders since June.

Case in point, SKU 9513500

I ordered it on Oct 31 (I can't remember it's stock status at the time but it wasn't in stock, it was "ships in X days").

Yesterday it said something like 3 or 5 days ETA. But today it is "ready to ship".

So like I said, these ETAs are worthless.

Regardless, one things has held true through the years: if you're in a hurry or have unrealistic exceptions when ordering from China, you will be very disappointed.

i found that FT nowadays is dissing customers
regarding shipping date and postage

Ah,well. Sorry to hear it. I get my stuff and that's all that matters to me at this point. I also got a refund for a DOA on one of my last orders. Bit of a pain, yes, but I still got it.

Not sure about the postage thing, but I have found that anything that has "SALE" in the title is not worth buying for me as the shipping cost goes up too much.

But all in all, for me, in the USA, shipping prices here are more reasonable than pretty much all the other chinese sties I buy from. And any time I cancel a SKU in an order Fasttech refunds a little more than the actual price to make up for shipping cost reductions.

My latest order contains 40 items in total, with the largest and heaviest thing being the RTA I posted above. USPS expedited cost me $3.25. Anywhere else, for the same exact type of service, it would have cost me a minimum of $10.

I could get free shipping here if I choose epacket, but $3 for the expedited service is a bargain and epacket can take months anymore.

Good enough 4 me.

Could it possibly be that it was in stock, and by the time you put the order in that they had sold the last of the stock ??
