Perhaps.

In my case I had already "won" the dispute.
All I needed to do was drop off the item at the Toronto office of Wish which was about 10 min from my house.
Hadn't got Oskar used to cars yet and he was still too young to walk that distance so I didn't bother and just cancelled it.


How strange.
You should be able to put a stop to it at your own discretion.
