nice work! quick question, what size is the threading for the square copper contact? i dont really have the tooling to make a fancy oxygen free copper one from scratch, but was thinking i could get a similar effect using a copper nut with the right threading.

any idea what size would fit?

Hello Guys
I've read a lot here. The Pico Squeeze is 10% cheaper. Would the Pico be the right one for the first Squonker Mod? I also have the Hadaly at home. Or should I buy another?

Yes. Pico Squeeze is a good choice.
If I'm ignoring you it's because you're fallacy impaired. Here's hoping you rectify your problem so that we might have a sensible conversation.

Looks awesome, but the 5 ml capacity bottle is a big con for me. I hope it will be replaceable with a slightly bigger bottle (~7 ml).

5ml is certainly a disappointingly small bottle.
150W from one battery seems optimistic?

bf pins

No one has commented about the Reload so you will have to measure your pin and take a chance. Your reload is one where the top of the 510 pin is visible when you look down on the deck I hope. If you find one that fits let us know here and I will add your comment.

The Pico Squeeze would be a Very Nice 1st Time Squonker.

The Mod is Very Good. The BF RDA that comes in the "Kit" is OK. But there are Much Better choices out there. So I would just get the Mod and put your own RDA on it.

And your English seems Fine.

The size of the threads depends on, what kind of 510 connector, you would chose to use. I used Italian ModDog Nano-22, it's positive part has M5.5 pitch 0.5mm threads and I have threaded my square copper contact accordingly. But if you chose to use Varitube VT510, you would thread it M3.5 pitch 0.6mm. And ModMaker MM510 uses M3.0 pitch 0.5mm. But if you chose to keep, the factory installed Chinese connector, then you need M4.0 pitch 0.7mm. And Fat Daddy (and it's Chinese clones), are not threaded, you are going to have to press fit your contact.
Unfortunately, Beryllium Copper has almost the same conductivity of Brass, which is a lot worse then pure copper. I chose to use it, for its springiness, that pure copper does not poses. A sheet of pure silver, would be a better choice, because it is both conductive and springy.
