DNA20, DNA30, fuck, DNA666, meh.

I rarely find that I'm vaping above 15 watts anyway.

I like them coming to market though, as it makes the stuff I want cheaper!

Honestly, there isn't much need to vape at that low a resistance on any vv/vw device, but on the other hand, the versatility of it is a nice idea. I was informed that even a DNA chip performs best above 1oHm. My vamos hit best between 1.4oHm and 2.8oHm for sure. I was actually super suprised by how well this genesis atty build hits on my v3 vamo. Definitely more throat hit from the PWM, but other than that, super rich flavor and ultra dense vapor. Best it's ever hit @ 15W. I'm tempted to open a new set of cells to stack and go for 30W with it... *****SAFETY DISCLAIMER FOR SONIKHAN****(I know it's an at my own risk thing to stack and don't try it at home kids! You will blow your face off! Unless your a super elite genius vaping guru like Sonikhan)

@Keith:

Sorry for the silly ending, but if it sounds at all like I condone something dangerous, Sonikhan will throw a fit.

I get up to 27 watts At o.5 ohms & that is the only time. Lowest tried so far is 0.33 ohms But was not to pleased with flavor & crackle & pop's annoyed me. Been experimenting With twisted kanthal & getting good results too :)

johnny_469 On my vamo now is the Omega With twisted 32 kanthal at 1.8 ohms single coil & it is Very good flavour & vapour. It would almost rival a sub ohm mech mod for clouds too :)

I pushed my cigreat kk (shitty telescope mech) down to .2oHm with a vtc5 the other day and it was actually a pretty awesome vape, clouds were almost too big. I had to make a larger diameter candy cane coil to compensate for the lower resistance to get the good flavor. It was about 3.2mm diameter with just barely enough organic cotton to call a wick. Used 3x twisted 30AWG kanthal, only twisting the legs, not the coil itself.

Some people are prepared to take chances. I dont want to be the person that blows his face off & puts an end to vaping for everyone. Can you Imagine how popular that person would be! You would be too scared to go outside coz people would know (half your face missing)who you are. lol:)

Bizarre...disappearing post :S

Like most things, with adequate safety and a bit of sense you should be good. There are enough yahoos trying to go 0.2 ohms on a trustfire ICR that it will likely happen. Even worst, it likely be a teenager :S

I have bigger fears about what people vape though. There will likely be some yahoo trying to DIY some juice out of anti-freeze because he heard that's what is in e-liquid! So many things that can go wrong that I think they need a vaping version of Dumb Ways to Die. Waiting for that PSA :D

Theoretically Hardest Hitting Mod (Afraid to Try):

SuperFrankenMod V3: DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME! 4 x stacked Sony VTC5VTC4's

Something I actually vape:

IGO-W4 with 4 strand Twisted 30AWG dual micro-coils. Provides excellent flavor and vapor production. Hits nicely on Cu Nemesis, Stingray, and Oni. Can't wait to try it on Copper Stingray :)

SuperFrankenMod V3 looks deadly. I couldn't help notice C4 at the end of the sony battery description.I really hope it doesn't work like C4 Explosives lol . The copper nemmy looks wicked though :)

Lol...I was using Sony US18650VTC4 30 amp, 2100 mAh batteries at the time I made it. I've worked the newer VTC5 30 amp, 2600 mAh batteries into my rotation since then. You can have a lot of fun with some Pinoy Telescopic Mods (Oni/Nzonic, Astro, Atom).

EDIT: I think only the Nzonic and Atom are Pinoy mods

I suspect that it would be like C4 if I tried using it with my IGO-W4 build :S

The current build (about 0.3 ohms) vapes nicely between 45 and ~53 watts. Just needs plenty of air :)

love it aesop! ;-) vtc5s are amazing! I usually drain a cell in a day @ .8oHm (panny cgr18650s) and my vtc5s lasted 2! The vtc5s are crazy efficient with a good build and charger ;-) and I got clouds all the way down to 3.1V! I'm really looking forward to using them with my black aluminum nemi in the mail and a gaia dripper.

They are nice. I still use my Panny CGR18650CH batteries in my VV/VW mods. I use the VTC's for my mechanical mods. The higher mAh on the VTC5's helps to keep the battery in the higher voltage range longer :)

My big indulgence was the XTAR VP1 charger. It can bring Lithium batteries back from the dead if needed :)

Unfortunately, it's also the reason why I haven't been able to embrace 26650 mods yet.
