Update (3/21/2022):

All of FastTech's operations, including shipping, have now resumed. Shipping carriers have also resumed normal operations.

Update (3/20/2022):

We are expecting to resume shipping tomorrow (3/21/2022) as planned. Another update will be posted as soon as our warehouse resumes work.

Update (3/18/2022):

We currently expect the lockdown to end on March 20th, 2022 as previously announced.

Dear Valued Customers,

FastTech's warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China, where a 17-million people lockdown was announced within last night. A majority of FastTech's staff are now confined to their homes by the Chinese government.

TL;DR Orders awaiting shipment will be delayed by 1 week. Customer service remains available throughout the lockdown. US warehouse products will ship next-day, as usual.

Order shipping
Shipping is expected to resume immediately after the lockdown ends, on March 20th, 2022.

Scheduled shipping times
The scheduled shipping dates of all orders awaiting shipment are extended by 7 days to reflect the effect of the lockdown. All affected customers will be contacted individually within 24 hours.

If you don't wish to wait, canceling for a refund is always an available option. You can cancel your order through the order details page.

Carrier package tracking
Packages shipped before March 10 should deliver as usual (i.e. not affected by the lockdown). Packages shipped between March 10 and March 13 may be not show any online tracking information for an additional 7 days.

Customer service
Customer service is unaffected as we are able to work from home. Support tickets and forum questions will be answered as usual.

US warehouse products
Contrary to what is currently displayed on the product pages, all US warehouse products will ship as usual (next business day).

We deeply apologize for the inconveniences caused by this unforeseeable event. We will continue providing updates on this situation.
