Updates on FastTech services under typhoon Haima

As Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain hoisted after 12:00 p.m (Hong Kong time), All the shipping and customer service are not available for the rest of the day.

Tropical Cyclone Haima is coming closest to Hong Kong and FastTech services suspended on October 21 (Hong Kong time) as a result of typhoon signal number 8 hoisted.

FastTech shipping and customer service will not be available on today. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is cancelled at or before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time), limited service in forum and priority tickets will be available in the afternoon. The FastTech site will remain operative during this period and orders can be placed or edited as usual.

All services will resume on Saturday Morning, October 22, 2016 (Hong Kong time) if typhoon signal number 8 is cancelled. Orders originally scheduled to be shipped on October 21, 2016 will require 1 extra day for processing. Tracking updates and the shipping time for packages shipped from October 21 might be delayed for 1-2 business days. FastTech will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
