UPDATE (10/4/2014): We have returned from the holiday. Support and shipping services have now resumed normal.

Support response may temporarily take longer due backlogs. We estimate that service time will resume normal (24-hour response) within one week.

Orders start shipping now:

- If everything in your order is "ready to ship", please allow up to 48 hours for packaging to complete, again due to the backlogs. We estimate that all shipping backlogs will be cleared within the next 72 hours.

- If something in your order is not marked as ready to ship, we will start shipping the available parts in your order shortly. Please note that some manufacturers are taking a 7-day holiday so they will be on holiday until Oct. 8, 2014. The items that are not ready to ship, may need a few extra days to become ready to ship.

Thank you for shopping at FastTech.

FastTech's shipping and customer service offices will be closed during 1st October to 3rd October in observance of National Day-- a public holiday in China. It is celebrated every year on October 1. It is a public holiday in our country to celebrate the national day.

All services will resume on Saturday (October 4th, 2014). The FastTech site will remain operative during the break and orders can be placed as usual.

UPDATE (9/18/2014): Although FastTech will only be away for 3 days, we have been informed by suppliers that most of them will break 5 to 7 days. Ticket will get responses starting Oct. 4, 2014. Orders scheduled for shipping during the holiday may be delayed for a few days.

If the order is paid via credit card and requires manual verification, we may contact you for processing on 4th October. If you are concerned about this, please use PayPal instead for instant clearing.
