Dear wendela and other friends,

We have updated the Tax Prepaid Option in the shipping step during checkout. Once you tick the "Opt-in to pre-pay EU taxes" checkbox, our Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) identification number will be applied to your order:

For more detail, please kindly refer to: Notice--Tax Prepaid Option For EU Countries Is Now Available.

Please feel free to contact here/live chat/in ticket for help if you have any concerns. Thank you.

I am furious!

Tonight I had to pay taxes to La Poste for 2 orders although I already paid them to Fasttech (Opt-in to prepaid EU taxes box ticked).
Seriously, paying taxes twice, how is that possible?

Order E103075732 : 6€ of taxes at arrival, paid to "La Poste". See Ticket Q1116WDLPD
Order B103097643 : 4€ of taxes at arrival, paid to "La Poste". See Ticket Q1116NKGJW

Conclusion, Prepaid taxes don't work for FRANCE ! Be careful !

Hi, mariokart,

Sincerely sorry for the trouble caused. We have applied our IOSS to both of your orders in the postal shipping system. The packages should not be charged EU tax again in this condition. We have contacted our tax agency and post office to deal with this issue and we will reply back to your ticket as soon as we have the confirmation. We will refund the tax to you if it is failed to charge. We will also monitor all of our IOSS packages to avoid the same problem. Thank you for your understanding.

That doesn't sound very good :/ (I'm in France as well)

As am waiting for a package too from FT, just had a look at tracking:

As still no news about "La Poste" and their demands concerning taxes,
is that possible that I managed to escape from it?? Or rather I'll find it out in a couple of days...
