We will write the IOSS number on the package to solve the problem.
In my case and other cases it's to late.
Fasttech knew in advance that the tax reform would come into effect on July 1st and did not try to get an IOSS number beforehand. Only after the first customers reported about taxes and processing fees did Fasttech take action.
That was far too late and since other china sellers have already claimed me in other cases, that the goods are being delivered from german warehouses, which they did not do, I do not believe Fasttech in this case either that they will print a valid IOSS number and i even assume them, that you will later say, that you have forgotten the imprint.
In other forums and rating portals you can already find innumerable posts according to which Asian sellers have promised european customers everything possible, just so that they will that european customers buy. Almost nothing was held. With this behavior towards me, the Asian sellers have very disappointed my trust in them all.
Sure, it there will certainly be enough customers who will perhaps write here how great the shopping experience they have made with asian sellers, but my experiences were not the best. I'm sorry if i can't find anything positive about droppoint deliveries from asia at the moment, so the asian sellers currently have a lot to do to regain the trust of most european customers, which they have so easily gambled away only to make buiseness and fast money.
