The new process is that the seller adds on the tax at point of purchase so your own customs and post office no longer need to get involved. Also there is no more "gift" to make items tax free. However Fasttech so far have not added any tax making them the cheaper option compared with some other Chinese sites however this may change when the EU implements the changes. We will wait and see.
