Sorry we can't ship vape products to Cuba temporarily as there is no shipping method to choose.

Due to the different shipping ways, the delivery time is different too. Recently the ground shipping is really slower due to the packages backlog. We have asked our postal to help us check all the delayed packages, we do hope our customers will receive their packages as sooner as possible.

Af, how about ship date? That's what matters. Ordering things not in stock can add weeks....and yes I know you know how things work...I just think it's pretty valid info if you are gonna keep posting publicly about it.

No, what matter as a consumer is when they get your money. Period. Every bit of time added is on them, being for item out of stock or whatever.

But since you are curious it was sent Mars 2. Way to late already considered the purchased date.

I'm with you on that, in fact I believe the only thing Fasttech can control is that period from February 17 to Mars 2. They need to improve there, no doubt.
