I'm in the same boat here - mine was shipped 2/11 but no tracking update since 4/11 - still in Zhenghou as far as I know.

Hello rosemm,

If they use the same shipping method which the packages shipped from same post office, it will have the same issue. The China customs security checking is really strictly for E-cigs. Thank you.

Why is China customs strict on export of ecigarette when China is the capital of the world in ecigarette manufacturing?
Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

Please. Maybe it is just you who has it out for FT. When ordering from China, things can take a long time to arrive, to sort out, and things can and do go wrong. I've got more than 2000 transactions ordering from China from various vendors since 2000.

I don't have anything personal against FT, let's not get into that. When it takes 3 tries and 1.5 months as one of the major ecig stores just to get a couple of tanks on a plane, shouldn't you look for a solution?
Since i don't live in the states, you can add another 2 to 3 months for it to arrive. So in my case, on order takes now 4 months to arrive.
So it's not worth the hassle anymore. I just want to get rid of this last 14$ gc until everything returns to normal. I wouldn't even had a problem giving this gc away but i don't think it's possible.

Let me give you a real example so that you can maybe understand my point. I asked a friend to buy a lot of stuff for me in the States, send it by ship and it arrived after 5 months before a ft order i made about the same time.

I don't doubt that. Shipping is one of the most unreliable, unpredictable factors there is when ordering. My orders come at wildly different dates. Some things might take less than 20 days but there is nothing consistent or even about the way they arrive. It is just the way it is. I can order the same thing from the same seller on the same day and the seller ship separately on the same day and the items might arrive 2 weeks apart. It's just that many things sit in storage along the way and things slip out of place and just... there are incredibly so many factors involved it's just unreal.

It's why it's important to not be in a hurry for anything. You can't be in a hurry and expect things to be quick. If they happen quickly that's a bonus, a blessing, but all too often... they don't!

But those hiccups are not exclusive to FT, that I know for a fact and by experience. Shit happens.

Here are some of my older orders that I'm still waiting for. There's still time (buyer protection) to get them or get a refund. I will wait until the last possible few days to take an action if I do not receive.

Orders are from different sellers at two venues.

I've equally received as many orders that I'd ordered in the same time frame.

The pandemic is causing what used to be rare (hiccup) something more frequent. I'm not worried about any of this, will just do my business to keep up and take action when there's no time left to wait. I may get every one of these, I may get all but one or two. Will see.

I'm just trying to get my last gc through so that i can step away from FT for some time. I don't need anything atm and i won't in the near or far future. I still have 9 tanks unopened in their box and 3 mods i never used. I just want to get this over with.

I'm starting to get really sick of them too, can understand how you feel. Two parcels I ordered on September 26th, shipped on October 13th. Rejected by airline security checks 3 times even though 4 other parcels sent at the same time and containing the same things sail through first time. Tracking hasn't updated since November 9th. Last thing I was told was if I waited until the end of December they would refund or reship like I want. We will see
