Hello rosemm, the package will be resent out as it is in International Swap Bureau and Exchange Station now, our post office said they would try to get it back, but if it is failed to hold, it will be sent out again.:( We will send update news to you if we have update news from our post. And for the 2nd time it failed the security check...
I answered your ticket but what i really want to know is why it only seems to be FT that has these security check problems and why apparantly the october orders are targetted since I'm not the only one with this issue. Other vendors' packages arrive with no problems at all.

Hi rosemm,

About the security checking reason, we cannot make sure as it is according to the customs. Normally the regular airmail packages which sent to same country/state will be packed in a big bag, if there is any problem in this bag when passing the security checking machine, this bag may be returned. I have explained this in ticket, you can check. Thank you.

Thx, i read your ticket reply. So try a 3rd time and hope it will pass. If this time it'll pass, it will have taken 1.5 months and 3 tries to get on a plane.
But i still wonder why other stores don't have this problem.

It has to do with the postal service, Fasttech has no control after they ship it out so maybe China post has it out for them. I have an order from October 29th that just landed in Canada last week after failing security check 4 times, but orders placed 2 weeks later are already on plane or in country. It's China post you really need to direct your frustration at though because everything that happened to our parcels since they were shipped is their doing.

I'm in the same boat here - mine was shipped 2/11 but no tracking update since 4/11 - still in Zhenghou as far as I know.
