Hi Anniepan, this is a split order placed in early March and no sign of it. I know there are delays currently, but this is getting a bit ridiculous

I have managed to contact my post office and they cannot trace the parcel. Apparently if it's been in transit so long they can confirm it has gone missing

Support does not seem to understand and have asked me to check with the post office again after giving them the feedback from my local post office already (tracking expired, parcel not found)

May I please request a refund on these 2 parcels?
