Order "shipped" 7 weeks ago still not received
Placed my order for face masks on 4/17/20 and they were supposedly shipped on 4/20/20. Still have not received and I keep being told to be patient due to Covid19. I have ordered from Amazon and received masks during this time. I have already paid for the product. This is not acceptable and I will never order anything else from Fast Tech or recommend anyone else do so. Very disappointed.

I ordered masks 15 days before you and have not received them I only used e packet so it will take some time with all that is going on.
Yes I know better, I am Just too old to care!

According to the tracking information, the package has been dispatched to your country a few days ago. It should arrive in your customs and wait for import and update. Could you please kindly wait 5-10 working days for the package delivery? As recently most of the registered airmail packages may need 15-30 working days for delivery, some packages may need more days to arrive due to the pandemic.
