Some good news!!

Is the tracking up to date on the one delivered?

Actually, surprisingly enough, yes it is (I've just checked)!

And another small packet from FT (posted in April) is also on the way and similarly tracking okay too.

Clearly, this isn't the experience for everyone with SP at the mo, but they do seem to be doing their best under trying circumstances. :-)

Oh yes, probably also worth mentioning, is that if you get a red card from the Royal Mail, they've extended the time they keep your parcel at the Sorting Office from 18-days to 30-days. Worth knowing if you need to plan your trip to pick it up.

Well, never give up I guess! An order I made near the end of January was just delivered. It showed "depatched to overseas country" in mid March and arrived in the UK yesterday. Only 1 day to process and deliver here!

Inexplicably, some things almost seem to 'bypass' Customs altogether and wing it straight to you. I've experienced that myself a few times.

Certainly gives hope to anyone waiting three months plus, and starting to believe their package has been lost in transit, that's for sure.

Strange times...

Anyone having any joy with deliveries to the UK?I've 7 out there currently, some didn't ship all that long ago, so they're not too bad atm One arrived in England and embarked on an 18 mile trip, 3 weeks ago 2 are held at the local depot with them denying their existence (it's a mess down there tbh)& another's arrived in the UK in 7 days

Mine package took roughly 6 weeks to arrive, after 5 weeks I just gave up and thought "if it arrives it arrives and if it don't it don't its only $10" and as soon as I took that attitude 3/5 days later it turned up, as they say "A WATCHED POT NEVER BOILS"

Given up checking the letterbox for my latest order. Typically when 17Track tracking stops working my goods arrive within a couple of days. Not this time.

MY FT order 10/04,last info on 17Track: 2020-04-27 03:56, China, Item Leaving overseas.

FT's loss as I'm not odering shit till my order arrives.

My recent orders from other Chinese vendors, have all arrived within two weeks.

@anniepan. WTF?

One package left Singapore this morning after sitting there since 5th April. Another package apparently left Singapore 7th April but at least it's movement

It is somewhat 'constipated' at the mo, isn't it? LOL!

Hello RussG,

Sincerely sorry for the long wait.

We have asked our Post to investigate your package now. We will keep you updated via ticket once we hear back from them.

About your orders from other Chinese vendors, would you mind to tell us the shipping way they use? ePacket, expedited shipping or special line? So I can forward to our company whether we can use the same shipping method. Thank you.
