Singapore post says "Item status not found in the system" for my tracking number.

(2 packs of KangerTech coils, ordered on 9th April 2020).

Since it's not batteries or juice, I can't understand the hold-up.

Singapore Post tracking is unreliable. I always get the same message as you do and my items arrive without the tracking status ever changing or updating.

You are going to have a long wait if you are relying on Singapore Post for delivery. If you go to https://www.flightradar24.com/1.32,103.95/12 there are barely any flights in or out of Singapore
Over a thousand squonk products available at Fasttech

Pah! So it is on its way then, I guess.

The coils I have got left should last 4 months assuming none are duds so I can wait.

Singapore post has lost my 1 parcel.
It was in there hands 6 weeks ago. But FT says I will have to wait longer before they do anything.

I think I will cancel via paypal.

The last of 4 orders has been in stock or re-stocking for weeks now.

Heloo Vaper321 and terryp,

I have written down your tracking numbers and will keep on tracing your package until it is delivered. If it has any update information on the shipping way, we will contact you in ticket. If you can't receive the package after our investigation time frame, we will offer the warranty for you asap.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Try your tracking number using parcelsapp. You may get better results.

Okay, this might offer a bit of perspective for UK peeps using Singapore Post and getting increasingly frustrated with shipping references but nothing actually arriving.

One order of minor bits and pieces, ordered in February, shipped in the third week of March, and finally turned up this morning.

Stuff is clearly moving, just incredibly slowly right now. Two months minimum would seem to be the norm currently.
It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

Actually, surprisingly enough, yes it is (I've just checked)!

And another small packet from FT (posted in April) is also on the way and similarly tracking okay too.

Clearly, this isn't the experience for everyone with SP at the mo, but they do seem to be doing their best under trying circumstances. :-)

Oh yes, probably also worth mentioning, is that if you get a red card from the Royal Mail, they've extended the time they keep your parcel at the Sorting Office from 18-days to 30-days. Worth knowing if you need to plan your trip to pick it up.
