Hi @anniepan
It seems order B012306892 has shipped from FT a while ago, but tracking has been stuck on "Ready to ship" since the 20th of March.

Is this a problem with PostNL?

Sorry for the wait.

It seems the package is still waiting for airplane at the airport. We have asked our Post to check your package status now, and we also will urge our Post to speed up the shipping. Please kindly wait 1-2 weeks for package delivery.

We are really sorry for the delay as recently outbreak novel coronavirus has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from China to all international destinations. There are lots of packages are stuck to wait for the airplanes to overseas, so hope you can wait patiently, we do really appreciate.

I have the same problem with two packages, the status is the same "The item is ready for shipment" for 2 weeks. :( Thanks for the info @anniepan!
