Package stuck in China
My package has had no updates in 7 days now and looks like it's stuck in China.

Any ideas? For the last 3 years all my packages been received in 10 days with the UK Express packet.

Chinese new year, everything slows down in China till February 1. And with the coronavirus, I guess the delays will be greater

Have you received the package or not? The ePacket package may need 7-20 working days for delivery. Your package has been dispatched to your country on Jan 18th, it should be delivered in these days.

No sign of it yet, it has been 16 days but I understand there could be some issues with recent events in the world. I will wait it out and let you know if anything arrives soon.

@anniepan I’m in the same boat parcel 1 started it’s journey 08/01 and no updates since 15/01 (LO718368007CN). Parcel 2 started on 10/01 and no updates since 22/01 (LO728870540CN). Both just show delivered to air transport ☹

not complaining, as i know the shitstorm you guys are dealing with, but thought i'd make you aware.

Nothing is going to move anywhere, in case you were sleeping China is in a crisis right now with the virus, workers are prevented to going into work by the government, other countries are refusing goods from China currently too, I have a few packages myself that haven't moved tracking status and I'm not expecting them to either, not anytime soon anyway.

While people are dying and the virus is spreading globally I'm sure the last thing we should be worried about is our packages not leaving China.
