Now you replied to my ticket and you already know it's gonna take a few days for me to get a reply from you, you're trying to buy time, more time, more than TWO MONTHS, are you serious?? JUST RESHIP THE FREAKING ORDER ALREADY. ENOUGH.

Reading this thread is to say the least amazing.

Either FT is owned by the postal offices or FT doesn't know how to conduct business.

All I see here is something along the lines of "customer pays and if things go wrong shame on them for buying".

FT can shield themselves behind grey customer policy, rules, etc. That doesn't mean the business is conducted in a way that protects everyone involved or that the business model itself is correct.

A customer that is not respected is a lost customer. That's business. FT needs to remember this.

I just need my products. Is that too much to ask?

I never asked for a refund, I asked for my order to be resent. So please do not refund, just resend my order already, and IF I received both orders I will reimburse the value of one of them or send it back to you. Please do it quickly.

Update. One of my packages has reached Heathrow. Took exactly 2 weeks to move from "Delivered to air transport" to being recognised in the uk.

Exactly. This is the trust that needs to be shown sooner than later. If a customer is in good standing there is no reason to let something like this get aggravated to the point of losing business. If a customer has a good purchase history plus is reviewing products that would indicate some reliability. I am not saying someone couldn't scam a refund but to deny replacement/refund out of hand for months and put the responsibility on the customer to prove non-delivery is unreasonable.

I'm out.....have some fun. Eh?

My order from 2 months and 4 days ago was refunded the other day. it was one of my smallest orders i made in over 6 years, total price of items $15.00 with shipping $20.44 my refund after FT fees $12.82 !!!
I never made a claim for anything lost and only had to return one item because it was DOA but still took 2 months !
