Yes, Dongguan here as well... Just had a $1 drip tip arrive that was ordered 2-3 weeks ago with free shipping 😐

Cant imagine why exports to one country would be fine but not the UK


That said, looking closer it seems to have sat in Vancouver Customs for 11 days before being picked up by tracking here.
2 weeks for e-packets are the norm here today.

Both of my orders are still stuck in Shenzhen, one of them was ordered on the 27th of September..
I've opened a PayPal dispute with the first order coz they're taking the biscuit now bit all I get it sorry about the delay please wait longer...

I'm still waiting to see if they actually ship my stuff. I ordered some stuff from another site with epacket and it arrived yesterday. I think orders from this site are delayed for no reason.

Seeing some people blaming the retailer for shipping problems. It's out of their hands (literally) once the shipment has left. Don't blame FT for postal delays.

A retailer should be finding a solution and giving feedback on the situation. When a retailer lies, says nothing, says wait or ignores your request for help for a week, that's just bad customer service. Other retailers are using epacket and their buyers get everything in a week. Something is truly wrong with this companies way of dealing with issues.

One reason why I've chosen to use someone else from now on.

Sorry you feel that way. Once a package is in the mailbox there's nothing FT can do about how long it takes to get to you, so there's no point blaming them. I don't stress about orders from China because I always receive them eventually.

Same here, My order was dispatched on the 28th September and I have still not received it yet.I've tried tracking it but no joy. TBH every other order ive made has arrived really quickly and I'm sure they will find out what is causing the delay. Once its been sent by Fasttech its out of their hands. I'm the same ChocolateDigestives they always arrive eventually so fingers crossed.

While i do agree with you, i dont think any "valued customer with a world of choices" is blaming FT for the shipping delay only the way its being handled. Getting your ticket answered after a week has elapsed and being told to wait another 2 weeks for something to happen is abysmal, especially when everyone here has paid for a premium service to the UK.
If my order has left origin country on 12.10.19 as FT claims then where the hell is it? historically my epackets came out of Beijing not Shenzen and arrived in London after 3 to 4 days. I have lost all interest in the items i ordered now and just want a refund to be perfectly honest.
