Looks like I've been struck with the same issue tonight. It's says shipped by airline but latest tracking info says returned.

I'm sure this does happen but once a year to a couple people but I've been ordering from Chinese online stores for years and I've never had anything to this existent happen and to this many people.guess it could be normal but don't seem normal to me.not to mention I hate commenting on post like this because some hard core fasttech fanboys are going to start getting all edgy and tell us how stupid we are for asking where the stuff we paid for is.I would really love to know why Chinese post seems to works so different from the west's post offices? do they go by a completely different set of rules.like is it's ok to throw someone's stuff in the corner and say fu@k it let them wait?

This has been happening for some years, in intense little periods. It's frustrating as f*ck. There doesn't appear to be any consistency in what's rejected. The best explanation I've got, so far - and from FT staff - is that Chinese customs have increased the scrunity of outgoing packages & many are not passing the more thorough security checking (paraphrased).

It'd be interesting too see if anyone can get more info?

It also seems that the postal service don't give FT any feed back that there's an issue.

Even more frustrating is the package being noted as 'sent to... (choose your destination)' when that's not actually the case.

Thank you for explaining this,glad that this post got made, information is being shared.crazy about how the mailing system over there don't work anything like ours.crazy how a company as big as ft gets told nothing.probably gets mess with.

One thing I hope, fasttech keep this package circulating among Chinese mailing system till it gets thought even if it takes 2 months.this is my kf lite with all the caps and drip tips to match.we going to make this happen!!!! Lol

We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused this time. The package return is caused by the strict security checking in Beijing recently, because of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations. Some packages has been returned by mistake because the big bag which contains these packages is failed to pass the security checking.

We noticed this issue a long time ago and urged our shipping carrier to help us solve the issue as soon as they can. Once we get the package return information, we will resend/refund after we contact our customers. We are worried about the issue, and put this issue in our first priority solving list. Because we have a large amount of ePacket packages to trace every day, we may miss some packages return information. If we don't contact you in time, please kindly contact us in ticket as earlier as possible, then our CS staff will help you solve the issue immediately and offer the resend/refund step ASAP. Of course, if you need to change another shipping method, please feel free to let us know. The security return issue will be solved/better improved in June.
