Hi, why the hell i can't use my GIFT certificate!? Doesnt show up when in on the 3rd passage about to complete the buying.. -_-
I remember it was easier back then...
im trying to claim it too and shows:
Invalid gift card. The email on the gift card purchased must match your FastTech account e-mail address.

If that doesn't work, open a support ticket, tell them your problem and tell them to create a manual order for you (provide them the SKU #s and quantities of each). Tell them to apply the 15% coupon code (BFCM15) and then use your gift certificate to pay for the order.
