FastTech will be on holiday to celebrate the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. Here is FastTech's 2020 National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday schedule:

Official holiday for FastTech:
8 days from October 1, 2020 to October 8, 2020. All services resume on October 9, 2020, at 9:00 am Hong Kong Time.

Schedules on orders and support services:
September 27, 2020, to September 29, 2020 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: All orders scheduled to ship on or before these days can be shipped before the holiday(The tracking information updated may be delayed due to the Logistics service provider).
The scheduled shipping date is displayed on the order history page of your FastTech account.
- Support: all questions made on or before these days will get a response before the holiday.

September 30, 2020 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders & Support: we aim to ship all orders which scheduled to be shipped on September 30 before the holiday, and we aim to answer all questions made on that day, but we cannot guarantee.

October 1, 2020, to October 6, 2020 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Support: support service is unavailable during these days.
Customer support service resumes on October 7 but ticket response time will be delayed due to backlogs.

October 1, 2020, to October 8, 2020 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: Orders placed before the holiday, and are scheduled to ship during the holiday, will not be shipped until the holiday ends.

October 9, 2020 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: shipping resumes on October 9.
Extra processing time may be required due to holiday backlogs.
All orders which are ready to ship can be shipped within a few days after October 9, 2020.
For orders which require extra restocking time, a new scheduled shipping date will be displayed in order pages.
