@Anniepan I request the total refund of the order including the return shipping as we agreed .... The promise is not being fulfilled and they are all problems I am tired of waiting. reimburse the total money please do not wait any longer.

Hello revival69,

The Post said the package was failed the pass the security checking and returned, they will resend it out again but not return.:( Only the tracking information shows "security return" then the package will be returned. So we have contacted our Post to try their best to help us hold the package, so we can refund the money for you after then. Our CS staff will answer your ticket later, thank you.

@Anniepan It is not clear to me what they will do? Can you tell me if they resend or refund me? The Spanish translation does not make the message clear to me

Hello revival69,

Because the item you ordered is discontinued now, we have no more stock to resend. If you need us to resend, we have to get the package back first. If you need us to refund, we will confirm with our Post that they can get the package back, so we can arrange the refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

@Anniepan Can't ask the mail to resend it again? Do you really understand that the only one affected here is me? I want the product but I have been waiting for more than 1 month. It is a difficult situation for the client. Now you don't even know where the package is? He has been standing at the station for a month ... I want the product but I also want it to arrive before Christmas I hope you understand it

@Anniepan The offer is not or they return my money through PayPal or send me the product that I bought but I do not want a store balance ... That is not a valid solution to this problem
